INTEGRATED COMMUNITY EXTENSION SERVICES PROGRAM COMPONENTS -ICESP
The integrated community extension services, hereinafter referred to as the ICESP is necessary to ensure the realization of the mandates of the University pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act No. 9718. The program intends to integrate all related extension services provided by the University to various localities in the Province of Biliran and beyond.
