2024 Extension Services Accomplishment Report
In line with its guiding principle of “Weaving of Worthiness” and its vision to respond to both local and global needs, the Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) Extension Services Office recorded a total of 6,966.5 weighted trainees during Fiscal Year 2024. These trainees participated in a wide range of extension programs collaboratively implemented across the University’s academic departments.
The use of a weighted trainee count—based on the duration and intensity of each activity—provides a more meaningful representation of engagement, reflecting not only attendance but also the depth of learning and involvement. This measure underscores the unwavering dedication of BiPSU’s extension facilitators and stakeholders in delivering transformative, community-centered services that support sustainable development and inclusive growth.
